★ Terms of Service ; PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING !! ★★ Requests MUST be shown to me before buying (if coming from Ko-fi), I will make sure they are in line with my terms, that I have the ability to do them, I have the right to refuse any work I do not feel comfortable doing; failure to do so may result in being blacklisted from me working with you in the future. Please keep any references you provide me with SFW.★ Clients must be 18+ to commission me, even though I do not offer NSFW stuff, I still require if you are a minor, to have a parent or guardian do the communication with me, this is to protect both of us.★ I will not click on any shortened URLs for references, due to my location, I am also unable to access Imgur, please send your references as .PNG or .JPEGs. Visual references are a must for me, do not send me walls of text please. If you do not have a visual reference for your OC, please find characters that lookalike. Keep text description to a minimum. Do not send me AI reference, I will block immediately.★ All commissions must be paid in full before I start, I will not take it on if there has been no payment received. Payment is done either via Ko-fi (has more options) or Paypal Invoice. The currency is GBP.★ Timeframe for completion is typically around 1-4 weeks depending on the type of commission once paid, I have a Taiga which is provided to clients.★ REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Strictly no refunds or cancellations. Please be sure that you are able to commission me and are in a good financial position to do so. Reminder that art commissions are a luxury and not a necessity.★ Personal Use only! You can use it as an icon or banner on a social media site with credit, or print out for personal use yourself.★ No commercial use allowed. This means you are not allowed to make and reproduce items of my work for sale, or use it to promote your brand (company or vtuber). Tattoo designs are not considered part of this.★ I retain the rights to every artwork I make, therefore that means I can post your commission to my portfolio if I want it there, it will however be heavily watermarked letting others know they cannot use it since it is work I created specifically for you. (Note; I have a strict no use rule with my personal artwork anyway). You are not allowed to remove my signature from the artwork.★ REVISIONS
- 1-2 major revisions allowed in the sketch step depending on the commission type.
- 1 minor revision is allowed in the lineart step before smoothing it.
- 1 minor revisions is allowed once colours are added before combining and adding finishing touches. I will show you the finishing touches before merging it completely to make sure you are happy with those too.
- You are not allowed to make edits or changes to the artwork yourself, unless it is a tattoo design whereas the tattoo artist may need to make slight changes to it to fit your body type, unauthorised changes are usually not permitted!★ You are not allowed to feed my art into AI or make it a NFT, or use it for any crypto currency.★ Delivery of the commission will be completed over ko-fi if it was paid on ko-fi, if paid via invoice on Paypal, it will be sent to an email address you supply me with.By going forward, you agree with these terms, failure to follow these terms will result in a blacklist.
